Our metrics group does everything from segmentation studies, tracking, U&A, concept testing to mystery shopping and more.  Collecting data with cross-cultural targets requires detailed planning, a good team of reliable suppliers and partners, and analysis by researchers who aren’t just reporting numbers, but understand the cultural context of those numbers and have decades of experience in the cross-cultural marketplace. This is not quantitative research business as usual.
